About Changing Lives

Changing Lives is a North East based national charity supporting people through the challenges of homelessness. We know that homelessness is rarely just about housing. It’s shaped by poverty, poor health, trauma, abuse, exploitation, and a lack of opportunity. That’s why we address the whole picture, not just part of it, supporting people with the complexities of homelessness to make positive and lasting change in their lives.

For more than 50 years, we’ve worked alongside people facing the most challenging circumstances, helping to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring. We believe that, with the right support, people can overcome barriers, realise their potential, and build positive futures. Together, thanks to your support we are Changing Lives.
